In my TEDx Talk (beginning at around the 9:00 mark), I explain how I find inspirations for my GPS doodles: “They’re there in the map just waiting to be found,” I say. “The game-changer for me was when I took a map of Victoria and highlighted all the main roads. Inspirations just started popping off the page….”
I go on to show how this inspired such doodles as the Wicked Witch of the West Coast, my little digger, the Musclebound Thug and Garmina the Giraffe.
